ECDO EATI Joint Annual Conference 2023 28-30 June 2023, Paris, France The European Cell Death Organization ECDO and the European Academy of Tumor Immunology EATI will celebrate their joint annual meeting on June 28-30 at the Pasteur Institute, Paris, France. EATI has been branding its annual meeting as « Paris Immuno-Oncology » PIO. The topic of the ECDO2023/PIO2023 conference – a fully « real » event without any virtual component – will be « Cell death in oncopharmacology and oncoimmunology ». The first day of this high-carat meeting will be devoted to cell death mechanisms, the second to immunogenic cell death, and the third to recent developments in the everexpanding field of immuno-oncology. |

Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the Cell Death Research Society of Turkey (HÖAD, Hücre Ölümü Araştırma Derneği) it is a great honor and pleasure to invite you to the 1st International Cell Death Research Congress, which will be held on 04-07 of May 2016 in Izmir, TURKEY (www.celldeathturkey2016.com). The main topics of the congress will be the focusing on the importance and role of different types of cell death in oxidative stress, immunity, stem cell therapies, genome signatures, therapeutic approaches and polyphenols as anti-cancer agent in diseases. The congress will feature plenary, key and short lectures besides poster presentations. Our main goal is to gather the scientists from universities, research centers from all over the world and offer to all a great and attractive congress joining different knowledge together on cell death. Congress will be held in Dokuz Eylul University School of Medicine in Izmir - one of the preeminent and biggest universities in Turkey. Izmir region itself, near the Aegean Sea, is famous for its rich culture, history and outstanding scenery. The Third Symposium on the exciting new research field of Precision Image-guided Small Animal RadioTherapy will be held from March 21-23 2016 in beautiful Ghent, Belgium.
The previous Symposium was held in August 2014 in Vancouver, Canada.

The school gives the opportunity for practical learning of Laser-Scanning Cytometry, and advanced microscopy in the context of other cytometry techniques.
The target group are MSc-, PhD-students, MDs, and Post-Docs, working in various areas of (cancer) cell biology, cell death, and interested in practical learning of advanced cytometry techniques.

The attendance is free, but advanced registration is required by Emilia.Wiechec@yahoo.com. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own experimental samples for practicing and measurements.
A small number of travel or hotel accommodation bursaries will be available to participants outside Sweden.
Participants that wish to be included in the allocation of bursaries should send their CVs and 2page description of their projects where cell cytometry is used.
Due to the practical (hands-on experience) nature of the project, the number of participants is limited to 22.
Places will be allocated on “first come, first serve” basis.
